Well, I am sure you are wondering, "Who are these people, anyway?" Well, we are Scott, Kristi, Olivia and Emma from Columbus, Ohio. Both of us grew up in a town called Peoria about 3 hours southwest of Chicago, Illinois. We met while in college, through a mutual friend at the time. Scott was studying Marketing at Bradley University, while Kristi was majoring in Communications at the University of Illinois in Champaign.

Kristi was actually born in Peoria and lived in a small town just north of Peoria, up until going to college. After graduating from U of I and getting married, she went into recruitment advertising with an agency in Dallas, Texas, handling ad placement and media buying for a variety of large corporate customers. After moving back to Chicago, she worked as the Recruitment Manager for a not-for-profit agency in the northwest suburbs of Chicago handling all the day to day operations of the Volunteer Services Department. For the last 5 years, she has had the most important job of her life: being a mom to our pride and joy, Olivia, and her little sister, Emma.

Scott was born in Paris, France, while his parents were living abroad for Caterpillar. Soon after, his family moved to Geneva, Switzerland where they lived for about 4 years, until moving back to Peoria. During Scott's last 2 years of college, he worked full-time for a local Internet Service Provider in Peoria to gain professional experience in the field of computer networking. After graduating from Bradley, he worked as a network consultant for a small firm in Plano, Texas. Upon deciding to return to Illinois, Scott became the Senior Network Administrator for a large Fortune 500 company in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago, overseeing the day to day operations of all their LAN and WAN facilities. For the past 4 years, Scott worked for ABN AMRO, a large international bank in Chicago, as a Senior Network Design Engineer handling projects dealing with corporate Internet connectivity, Extranet buildouts, e-commerce financial services infrastructure, and web content distribution and acceleration for the North American region. Scott accepted a new position a couple years ago with another even larger international bank here in Columbus, Ohio as a Senior Network Engineer working on global network strategy and architecture for content delivery, load balancing, remote access, and security. So we picked up the family and relocated to Ohio.

We are the proud parents of our 3 little girls Olivia Catherine, who is now 7 years old, Emma Elizabeth who is 5, and Isabella Delaney who will turn 2 years old on May 16th. We are also expecting the arrival of a baby boy this June. Olivia makes us smile and laugh every single day...she is so dramatic and animated. We never have a dull moment when she is around.
